What's the Story?
The show is about two siblings, Todd and Riley. They grew up in an orphanage and didn't know their birth parents. One day, while cleaning, they found a comic book with an ad for a special Fleemco phone.
They ordered the phone, and it changed their lives! This phone lets them replace anyone they want. They used it to get new parents: Agent K, a super-spy, and Dick Daring, a daredevil.
Whenever Todd and Riley don't like someone, they call Conrad Fleem on their special phone. Fleemco then replaces that person with someone new. But things don't always go as planned! Their attempts to make things better often backfire. This usually teaches them a lesson about being happy with what they already have.

Meet the Characters
Main Characters
- Todd Bartholomew Daring (voiced by Nancy Cartwright) – Todd is Riley's younger brother, 11 years old. He can be a bit lazy and sometimes causes trouble. Todd often uses the Fleemco phone for his own selfish reasons. He loves the Monkey Cop movies and playing video games. He's best friends with Jacobo and Shelton.
- Riley Eugene Daring (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – Riley is Todd's older sister, 13 years old. She is kind, caring, and enjoys school. Riley usually uses the Fleemco phone to replace unfair adults. She loves playing baseball, horses, and anything sweet. She has a crush on Johnny Hitswell.
- Karen Mildred "Agent K" Daring (voiced by Kath Soucie) – Agent K is Todd and Riley's adopted British mom. She is a super-spy! She might seem tough, but she loves her family very much. Agent K is not a great cook, and she's always a bit suspicious because of her spy training.
- Richard Marion "Dick" Daring (voiced by Daran Norris) – Dick is the kids' adopted dad and a famous daredevil. He's a bit silly and acts like a big kid sometimes. He loves trying new stunts and has a teddy bear named "Evel Bearnievel." Dick is afraid of clowns!
- C.A.R.T.E.R. (voiced by David McCallum) – C.A.R. is the family's super high-tech car with a British accent. He can do almost anything but doesn't always want to help, especially Dick. He's very sarcastic and witty. The family usually just calls him C.A.R.
- Conrad Fleem (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – Conrad is the mysterious owner of the Fleemco company. He's the one who processes Todd and Riley's replacement requests. He has a very long mustache. Later in the series, it's revealed that Conrad is actually Todd and Riley's long-lost uncle!
Other Important Characters
- Tasumi (voiced by Lauren Tom) – Tasumi is Riley's best friend. She's Japanese and used to wear a pink metal suit. She claimed her family was a crime-fighting team. It turns out she's a famous Japanese pop star who moved to Pleasant Hills for a quiet life.
