Toby Jackson (born October 18, 1986) is an American football player. He plays as a defensive end for the Massachusetts Pirates. This team is part of the National Arena League (NAL). Before playing professionally, Toby played college football at the University of Central Florida.

Early Life and High School Football
Toby Jackson grew up in Griffin, Georgia. He went to Griffin High School. There, he was a star player on the football team. He played as a defensive end, which is a position on defense. Many top colleges wanted Toby to play for them. He received scholarship offers from big schools like Alabama and Auburn. Other schools like Clemson and Florida State also offered him a spot.
College Football Journey
Toby's path to college football was a bit different.
Starting at Junior College
After high school, Toby first signed with the University of Georgia. However, he did not meet the academic requirements to join right away. So, he went to Hargrave Military Academy for a year. When he still couldn't qualify academically, he enrolled at Navarro College. Navarro College is a junior college. Toby helped Navarro win a national championship in 2010. He was even named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for his great performance.
Playing for UCF
After his time at Navarro, Toby Jackson signed with the University of Central Florida (UCF). He played college football for the UCF Knights.
Professional Football Career
Toby Jackson began his professional football career in 2013. He was not chosen in the main NFL Draft. Instead, he signed with a team after the draft.
Dallas Cowboys
In July 2013, Toby signed with the Dallas Cowboys. This is a well-known team in the National Football League (NFL). He played in some preseason games for the Cowboys. However, he was released from the team before the regular season started.
Orlando Predators
