Famous Triple Alliances
Aztec Triple Alliance (1428–1521)
This alliance was formed by three powerful city-states in ancient Mexico: Tenochtitlan, Texcoco, and Tlacopan. They worked together to conquer other areas and create a large empire. This alliance was very important in the history of the Aztec Empire before the arrival of Europeans.
Triple Alliance of 1882
This was a secret agreement between Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy. It was signed in 1882 and was one of the main alliances in Europe before World War I. The countries promised to help each other if they were attacked.
