Tuttle is a small community in Merced County, California, United States. It used to be called Turner. It's a "census-designated place" (CDP), which means it's an area the government counts for population, but it's not an official town or city.

Tuttle is about 6 miles (10 km) east of Merced, which is the main city in the county. It sits at an elevation of 207 feet (63 meters) above sea level. In 2020, about 102 people lived there. The community was named after R.H. Tuttle, who was an important person for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.

Tuttle is in the eastern part of Merced County. You can find it along California State Route 140. This road goes west to Merced and northeast for about 31 miles (50 km) to Mariposa. Mariposa is in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The United States Census Bureau says that the Tuttle area covers about 1.8 square miles (4.55 square kilometers). All of this area is land, with no water.
