The Valjean Hills are a group of small mountains in the eastern part of the Mojave Desert. This desert is located in northern San Bernardino County, which is in southern California. These hills are not very tall, making them a "low mountain range."
Where Are the Valjean Hills?
The Valjean Hills are found in a dry, desert area. To help you imagine where they are, think of them as being:
- East of the Salt Spring Hills.
- Southeast of a very famous place called Death Valley National Park.
- West of Mount Charleston, which is part of the Spring Mountains.
These hills are a small but interesting part of the vast California desert landscape.
