Waneta Lake is a small lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York State in the United States. It was once known as "Little Lake." This pretty lake sits right on the border between Schuyler County and Steuben County. It is also found within the towns of Tyrone and Wayne.

Waneta Lake is about 3.5 miles long from north to south. It is also about half a mile wide from east to west. The lake is located just east of the southern part of Keuka Lake. It is a fun place for many outdoor activities.
