Warba is a small city located in Itasca County, Minnesota, in the United States. It is a quiet community with a population of 168 people, according to the 2020 census. A major road, U.S. Highway 2, runs through the city.

The city of Warba got its name from the Ojibwe language. The word "Warba" means "soon." A post office was first opened in Warba in 1910, helping the community grow.
Geography and Location
Warba is located in northern Minnesota. The city covers a total area of about 3.27 square miles (8.49 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, with a small part being water.
The city is situated along the Swan River. This river adds to the natural beauty of the area. Warba is about 14 miles (22.5 kilometers) east-southeast of Grand Rapids, another city in Minnesota.
