William Calhoun (born July 22, 1964) is an American drummer. He is best known as a member of the rock band Living Colour.

Early Life and Musical Journey
Will Calhoun was born in the Bronx, New York. He later moved to Boston to study music. He attended the Berklee College of Music and earned a degree in music production and engineering. He also received the Buddy Rich Jazz Masters award for his excellent drumming skills.
Will Calhoun is most famous as the drummer for the rock band Living Colour. But he has also played with many other artists and groups. He has performed with jazz legends like Pharoah Sanders and Wayne Shorter. He has also played with rock and pop stars such as B.B. King and Ronnie Wood. Will Calhoun even played on a song called "Crimson Deep" by the Finnish singer Tarja. He is also a member of the band Stone Raiders.
Awards and Achievements
Will Calhoun has received many awards for his drumming. In 1988, Modern Drummer magazine readers voted him "Best new drummer." He was also named "Number one progressive drummer" three times. Rolling Stone magazine critics called him "Best Drummer of 1990."
He has won two Grammy Awards with Living Colour. They won for Best Hard Rock Performance by a Group in both 1989 and 1990. In 1991, Living Colour also won an international award for Best Rock Band. Besides drumming, Will Calhoun has also written songs for Living Colour. These include "Pride" and "Nothingness."
