History of Woodhull
The village of Woodhull was first planned by Maxwell Woodhull on September 30, 1857. More parts were added to the town in 1867 and 1870. In 1870, Woodhull officially became an incorporated village.
A fun fact from Woodhull's history: in 1994, the local high school girls' basketball team almost won the state championship! They played really well but just missed out on the big win.
