Zufikon is a small town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It is located in the Bremgarten district within the canton of Aargau.

History of Zufikon
People have lived in the area around Zufikon for a very long time. Archeologists found signs of human life from the Bronze Age. The first time Zufikon was written about was in the year 1150.
Geography and Land Use
Zufikon covers an area of about 4.8 square kilometers (1.85 square miles). A large part of this land, almost half (49.9%), is used for farming. About 27.1% of the land is covered by forests. The town itself, with its buildings and roads, takes up 20.7% of the area. A small part (2.3%) is made up of rivers or other natural areas that are not used for farming or building.
Zufikon's Coat of Arms
The blazon (official description) of Zufikon's coat of arms is quite special. It shows a silver shield with a black stripe down the middle. On either side of the stripe, there are two blue keys pointing downwards and inwards.
People and Population
Zufikon has a population of about 4,083 people. A small part of the population, about 17.4%, are people from other countries. Over the last ten years, the number of people living in Zufikon has grown by about 14.3%.
Most people in Zufikon speak German (90.1%). Italian is the second most common language (2.2%), followed by Turkish (1.5%).
The town has a mix of ages. About 9.3% of the population are children aged 0-9 years old, and 11.7% are teenagers aged 10-19. Many adults live in Zufikon too, with a good number of people in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. About 12.2% of the people are aged 60-69, and a smaller number are older than 70.
