The 14th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards was a super fun event! It happened on April 21, 2001. The show took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. It was shown live on the Nickelodeon TV channel.
The amazing Rosie O'Donnell hosted the show. This was her sixth time in a row hosting the Kids' Choice Awards. Kids got to vote for their favorite movies, TV shows, music, and sports stars. Winners received a cool orange blimp trophy!

- Tom Cruise was tricked into sliming himself! Rosie asked him to press a button to slime a "mystery celebrity," but it turned out to be him. He loved it!
- Rosie O'Donnell herself joined Tom Cruise in the green slime at the end of the show.
