Adrian Charles Hamilton (born November 29, 1987) is a former American football player. He played as a linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens in the National Football League (NFL). Adrian also played college football for the Prairie View A&M Panthers. He later joined the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He also played for the Portland Thunder in the Arena Football League (AFL).

Early Life and High School Football
Adrian Hamilton grew up in Dallas, Texas. He went to David W. Carter High School. There, he was a talented player on the football team. He played both as a linebacker and a defensive end.
In his last two years of high school, Adrian made 155 tackles. He also had 12 sacks and forced 9 fumbles. These impressive stats showed his skill on the field.
College Football Journey
Adrian started his college football career in 2006. He first accepted a scholarship to Oklahoma State University. However, he faced some academic challenges. This meant he couldn't play right away.
In 2007, he joined Texas Tech University as a walk-on player. He played in 6 games as a backup. He recorded 4 tackles during his time there. In 2008, he left the team. He then focused on improving his grades at Dallas County Community College.
Success at Prairie View A&M
In 2010, Adrian transferred to Prairie View A&M. He played as a backup defensive end in his junior year. He made 27 tackles and 5½ sacks. He also blocked a punt, which was returned for a touchdown.
His senior year in 2011 was outstanding. Adrian started 9 out of 11 games. He set a new record for sacks in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) with 22. He also led his team with 81 tackles. He was named the co-Defensive Player of the Year for the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). The FCS also recognized him as their Defensive Player of the Year.
Professional Football Career
Adrian Hamilton began his professional career in 2012. He signed with several teams across different leagues.
Dallas Cowboys
After the 2012 NFL draft, the Dallas Cowboys signed Adrian. He joined them as an undrafted free agent on April 29, 2012. During training camp, he dealt with knee and wrist injuries. He was released by the Cowboys on August 30, 2012.
Baltimore Ravens
On September 2, 2012, Adrian joined the Baltimore Ravens practice squad. Later that year, on December 22, he was moved to the active roster. He played in two regular season games. He made one tackle during the Ravens' Super Bowl XLVII championship season. He was not active for the postseason games.
In 2013, he was placed on the injured reserve list. He was later waived by the Ravens in June 2014.
Other Teams and Leagues
Adrian continued his football journey with other teams. In 2014, he signed with the San Diego Chargers. He was released by them in August.
In 2015, he played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Calgary Stampeders. He also joined the Portland Thunder in the Arena Football League (AFL). With the Thunder, he played in 5 games. He recorded 12 tackles and one sack. He then briefly returned to the CFL with the Ottawa RedBlacks.
His last professional team was the Texas Revolution in the Champions Indoor Football (CIF) league in 2017. He was released by them on May 31, 2017.
