Gabriela Alejandra Guzmán Pinal (born February 9, 1968) is a famous Mexican pop and rock singer. She has sold many records throughout her career. She has also won a Latin Grammy Award. People often call her "La Reina de Corazones" (the Queen of Hearts) and "La Reina del Rock" (the Queen of Rock). Alejandra is one of Mexico's most successful female singers. Her parents are the well-known actress Silvia Pinal and singer Enrique Guzmán.

Early Life

Gabriela Alejandra Guzmán Pinal was born in Mexico City on February 9, 1968. She grew up in a family deeply involved in entertainment. Her mother, Silvia Pinal, was a famous actress. Her father, Enrique Guzmán, was a popular singer.

Alejandra has three siblings. She has two older half-sisters, Sylvia Pasquel and Viridiana Alatriste. Her younger brother, Luis Enrique Guzmán, is her only full sibling. When Alejandra was 14, her older sister Viridiana passed away in a car accident. This event deeply affected Alejandra. After this, she became very determined to live her life fully. She started exploring the lively music scene in Mexico City. During this time, she met Kenny Aviles from the band Kenny y Los Electricos. Kenny became a mentor to Alejandra. It was then that Alejandra realized her true calling was to perform on stage.

Alejandra Guzmán started her music career in 1988. Her first song was Bye Mamá, which she dedicated to her mother. In the 1990s, she released some of her biggest albums. In 2018, Telemundo announced her as a coach for La Voz (U.S.). She joined other famous singers like Luis Fonsi and Carlos Vives. This show is the Spanish-language version of NBC's The Voice. In 2020, Amazon announced that she would star in their series "El juego de las llaves."

In 2021, she joined the cast of the second season of the Amazon Prime Video series El Juego de las Llaves. She also performed on the American music TV series A Tiny Audience. Personal Life

Alejandra Guzmán has had several relationships. She has a daughter named Frida Sofía, who was born in March 1992. Frida's father is Pablo Moctezuma. Alejandra later married American businessman Farrell Goodman in 1998, but they later divorced.

In 2007, Alejandra was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was able to recover because it was found early. In 2009, she faced serious health issues after receiving cosmetic injections. These injections caused infections, and she has had many surgeries to remove them.
