Andrew Barth Feldman (born May 7, 2002) is an American actor and singer. He started acting in musical theater when he was a child. He performed in local shows. In 2018, he won a special award called the Jimmy Award. This was for his role in his high school's musical Catch Me If You Can. In 2019, he got a big role on Broadway. He played the main character, Evan Hansen, in the musical Dear Evan Hansen.
In 2021, Andrew appeared in the TV show High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. He started acting in movies in 2023. He had a supporting role in A Tourist's Guide to Love. He also played a main character in the movie No Hard Feelings.

Andrew Barth Feldman's Story
Early Life and School
Andrew Barth Feldman was born in 2002 in Manhasset, New York. His parents are David Feldman and Barbara Barth. He grew up with an older sister. His family is Jewish. Andrew loved musical theater from a very young age. He saw a show called Beauty and the Beast when he was three. After that, he acted in many school plays. Some of these plays included Annie, Grease, and Rent. He also started a YouTube channel in high school. He used it for school projects.
In middle school, Andrew started his own theater company. It was called Zneefrock Productions. He created it as part of his bar mitzvah project. The company helped raise money for autism research. Andrew and his friend Adrian Dickson wrote a funny musical. It was a parody of Star Wars. This musical was later performed in a famous New York venue called 54 Below. Professional actors were in the show. Andrew went to Lawrence Woodmere Academy. His mother worked there as an administrator.
Andrew took some time off from high school. This was to perform in Dear Evan Hansen. He then planned to go to Harvard University in 2020. But he waited a year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, he took another break from Harvard. This was to film the movie No Hard Feelings. He starred alongside Jennifer Lawrence in that film.
His Acting Journey
Andrew's acting journey began in high school. In 2018, Andrew was in his second year of high school. He played Frank Abagnale Jr. in Catch Me If You Can. He won a regional award for his performance. This led him to the Jimmy Awards. There, he won the award for best actor. A producer for Dear Evan Hansen saw him perform. She asked him to audition for the main role on Broadway.
On January 30, 2019, Andrew became Evan Hansen. He was only 16 years old. Critics praised his performance. One reviewer said he made them forget everything else. Andrew left the show on January 26, 2020.
During the pandemic, Andrew started a fundraiser. It was called "Broadway Jackbox." He worked with his former co-star Alex Boniello. They streamed the show on Twitch. Famous Broadway actors joined each week. He also created a mystery series called Broadway Whodunit. This show also featured theater actors. Andrew had his own video blog on Broadway.com. On February 11, 2021, Andrew made his TV debut. He appeared in the Disney+ show High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. He played Antoine, a French exchange student, in season 2.
In April 2023, Andrew was in his first feature film. It was the Netflix movie A Tourist's Guide to Love. He played Alex, a college-bound vlogger. In June 2023, he starred in No Hard Feelings. He played Percy Becker. Percy was a college-bound student who was a bit socially awkward.

In July 2021, he was also featured on a song. It was called "The Old Me and You" by Cozi Zuehlsdorff. On September 23, 2022, Andrew released a duet with Joe Serafini. It was called "In My Head."
