Bledlow Ridge is a lovely village in Buckinghamshire, England. It's part of a larger area called Bledlow-cum-Saunderton. In 2004, about 940 people lived there.

The village is nestled in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. It's about 4 miles southwest of Princes Risborough. You can find it on the road between High Wycombe and Chinnor.

A Bit of History

Bledlow Ridge started out as a smaller settlement called a hamlet. It was once part of the church area of Bledlow. In 1868, a new church building, called a chapel, was built. This chapel was named after St Paul. After the chapel was built, Bledlow Ridge became its own separate place.

Besides the shop, you can also find an Equestrian Centre for horse riding. There's a children's playground, tennis courts, and a cricket pitch.

Nature and Wildlife

South of Chinnor Road, you'll find a special place called Yoesden. This is a nature reserve. A nature reserve is an area protected for its wildlife and plants. Yoesden is looked after by the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust. It's a great spot to explore nature!
