Geography and Nature
Boat Harbour is a beautiful coastal area. The large body of water called Bass Strait is to its north. This strait separates Tasmania from mainland Australia. A small part of the northern border is the nearby area of Boat Harbour Beach. The Flowerdale River flows along much of Boat Harbour's southern edge. This river adds to the natural beauty of the area.

There are also smaller roads that connect to the highway. These roads help people get to different parts of Boat Harbour and nearby places.
