Robert Clifton Brackins III (born September 14, 1988) is an American rapper, record producer, and songwriter. He was born in Berkeley and grew up in East Oakland, California. Bobby Brackins is famous for writing popular songs like "2 On" for Tinashe and "Loyal" for Chris Brown. As a music artist, he is known for his song "I Hit It First" with Ray J in 2013. This song reached number 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Brackins signed with Republic Records as a solo artist in 2010. His first song, "143" (featuring Ray J), came out in May of that year. It reached number 84 on the Billboard Hot 100.
