Colfax is a small city located in Richland County, North Dakota, in the United States. It was founded a long time ago, in 1881. In 2020, about 172 people lived there. Colfax is part of the larger Wahpeton, ND–MN area. Back in the 1960s, it was known for being the "smallest town in the U.S. with a public swimming pool"!
