Daniel Kevin Fogler (born October 20, 1976) is an American actor, comedian, and writer. He is known for his roles in movies and TV shows. Many people know him as Jacob Kowalski from the Fantastic Beasts film series. He also won a special award called a Tony Award for his work in theater.

Dan Fogler has appeared in many films. These include Good Luck Chuck (2007) and Balls of Fury (2007). He also starred in Fanboys (2009) and Taking Woodstock (2009). Later, he was in Take Me Home Tonight (2011) and Europa Report (2013). He also lent his voice to the animated movie Mars Needs Moms (2011).
