Danger Rangers is an American animated TV show that taught kids about staying safe. It aired on PBS Kids and Cookie Jar TV in the early 2000s. The show featured a team of animal heroes who went on missions to help children learn important safety lessons.

What the Show is About

The Danger Rangers are a special team of heroes. Their main job is to teach children how to stay safe. They do this by showing examples of dangers, like unsafe places or things in nature. Each episode focuses on a different safety topic.

Meet the Characters

  • Sully (voiced by Jerry Houser) – Sully is a blue sea lion and the leader of the Danger Rangers. He cares a lot about how he looks. But he also takes his job as leader very seriously.
  • Kitty (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – Kitty is a pink cat. She is smart, cool, and loves adventures. She is the second-in-command of the group. Kitty is always ready to help and believes in playing fair.
  • Burble (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) – Burble is a big polar bear. He is strong and funny. He is the team's expert on staying safe while playing and having fun. Burble is a "gentle giant" who always plays fair and safe.
  • Squeeky (voiced by Rob Paulsen) – Squeeky is a small, navy blue mouse. Even though he's tiny, he's very important to the team. His small size lets him fix problems that are too small for the others to handle.
  • Burt (voiced by Mark Hamill) – Burt is a green turtle. He is the team's creative inventor and personal safety expert. Burt often invents new gadgets, like Fallbot, to help the Danger Rangers on their missions.
  • Gabriela "GB" (voiced by Tasia Valenza) – Gabriela is a red hummingbird. She is the operations chief and head safety trainer. While the other Danger Rangers are out on a mission, she usually supervises them from their base.
  • Fallbot (voiced by John Kassir) – Fallbot is a blue-and-yellow robot invented by Burt. He is often clumsy and has accidents. But he is a helpful friend to the Danger Rangers.
  • SAVO (voiced by Jonathan Harris and Charlie Adler) – SAVO is the artificial intelligence (AI) of the Danger Rangers' base. He warns them about any safety problems. His name stands for "Safety Alert Vectometer."
