Dylan Moses grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He first went to University High School there. Later, for his final year of high school, he moved to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

High School Achievements

During his senior year, Dylan was a top player. He was named the National Player of the Year by Parade Magazine. He also won the Butkus Award, which goes to the best linebacker in high school. Dylan was considered a "five-star recruit." This means he was one of the most talented young players in the country. He first planned to play college football for Louisiana State University (LSU). However, he later decided to play for the University of Alabama.

College Football Career

Dylan Moses started playing for the Alabama Crimson Tide in 2017. He was a true freshman, meaning it was his first year. He played in 11 games and started two of them. During this time, he made 30 tackles, had 1.5 sacks, and made one interception.

Key College Seasons

Dylan missed two important games in 2018 due to a broken foot. These were the 2018 Sugar Bowl and the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship. In 2018, he became a full-time starter.
