The East Kabika River is a river in Canada, located in Northeastern Ontario. It flows through the Cochrane District and is a smaller river that joins the Kabika River. The river runs through three areas called Abbotsford, Singer, and Hurtubise.
People in this area mostly work in forestry (cutting down trees for wood). Some also enjoy recreational tourism like fishing or camping. You can reach the west side of the river by Ontario Highway 652.
The river usually freezes over from early November until mid-May. However, it's generally safe to walk or travel on the ice from mid-November to the end of April.
