The music video for "Eenie Meenie" was filmed on March 30, 2010, in Beverly Hills, California. It was directed by Ray Kay, who also directed Justin Bieber's "Baby" video.

Sean Kingston explained that they chose the main girl in the video carefully. She had to be someone who could seem interested in both him (who was 20) and Justin (who was 16). The story of the video is about this girl trying to spend time with both Sean and Justin. In the end, they both show up at the same place at the same time, and she gets caught! Sean and Justin remain friends, even though they were both interested in the same person.

Justin Bieber's friend, Christian Beadles, and rapper Lil Romeo also appear in the video. Singer and actress Jasmine Villegas is also in the video. Her appearance made some people wonder if she and Justin Bieber were dating, especially after she was in his "Baby" music video too. As of October 2019, the music video has been watched over 353 million times on YouTube!
