Medgar Elisha Harold (born January 20, 1994) is a former professional football player. He played as a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). He also played college football for the Virginia Cavaliers.

Eli Harold was a talented football player. He played in the NFL, which is the highest level of professional football in the United States. He was known for playing the position of defensive end. This player's journey started in high school and continued through college before he became a pro.
Growing Up and High School Sports
Eli Harold grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He went to Ocean Lakes High School. Eli was a star in two different sports there: football and track.
Football Star
On the football field, Eli played many positions. He was a defensive end, quarterback, running back, and wide receiver. As a senior, he made 78 tackles and 16 sacks. He also scored 20 touchdowns on offense. He was a top player in his district. Eli was even chosen to play in the 2012 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
Track and Field
Eli was also very good at track and field. He competed in jumping events. He placed third in the triple jump in 2009. He also had a great throw in the shot put in 2012. Eli won first place in the long jump at a district meet in 2012.

In 2013, Eli became a starter for his team. He finished that year with 51 tackles and 8.5 sacks. He continued to be a strong player in his junior year (2014). He made 54 tackles and seven sacks.
On December 10, 2014, Eli announced he would leave college early. He decided to enter the 2015 NFL draft. He finished his college career with 141 tackles and 17.5 sacks.

San Francisco 49ers
As a rookie in 2015, Eli played in all 16 games. He made 13 tackles and recovered one fumble. He continued to play for the 49ers until 2017.
Detroit Lions and Other Teams
In August 2018, Eli was traded to the Detroit Lions. He played for them for one season.
After that, he signed with the Buffalo Bills in April 2019. Later that year, he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles. He was released by the Eagles before the regular season started.
In December 2020, Eli signed with the Toronto Argonauts. This team plays in the Canadian Football League. He played for them until October 2021.
