Enfield is found in the northwestern part of the town of Enfield. It sits right next to Mascoma Lake. The Mascoma River flows into the lake here. To the south, Enfield is bordered by Mascoma Lake. This border goes as far as Rainer Road on the lake's east side.

To the west, Enfield borders the city of Lebanon. To the north, it touches the town of Canaan. On the east side, Enfield is bordered by Shaker Boulevard, Wescott Road, and the Northern Rail Trail. This trail runs east towards the Canaan town line.

U.S. Route 4 is a main road that goes through Enfield. If you travel east on this road, it's about 7 miles (11 km) to Canaan village. If you go west the same distance, you'll reach the center of Lebanon.
