Eppenberg-Wöschnau is a small town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It is located in the Olten area within the canton of Solothurn. It's a place with a mix of quiet countryside and busy areas.

History of Eppenberg-Wöschnau

This municipality has a long history! Eppenberg was first written about in documents way back in 1294. It was called in Eppenberg then. Around the same time, Wöschnau was also mentioned as in Weschnowe.

Eppenberg-Wöschnau covers about 1.81 square kilometers (which is about 0.7 square miles). A big part of this land is covered by forests, making up about 43.6% of the area. Another 36.5% is used for farming, like growing crops or for pastures.
