Musical Journey

How It All Started

Trocon Robert, or FKi 1st, grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He and his friend Sauce Lord Rich started a music production team called FKi. They both loved the same kind of music and decided to build a company together. To become experts, they studied audio engineering at Full Sail University, a school for media and entertainment.

Their first big break came when they started working with the music group Travis Porter. They produced hit songs for them like "Make It Rain" and "Bring It Back". They made this music in a simple basement studio.

In 2011, FKi 1st met the famous DJ and producer Diplo. Diplo introduced him to rapper Iggy Azalea. Soon after, FKi 1st was in Los Angeles helping produce her mixtape TrapGold. He even went on tour with her in Europe.

Working with Stars

In 2014, FKi 1st met an artist who was just starting out: Post Malone. Together, they created the song "White Iverson". After they put it on the music platform SoundCloud, it became a massive hit, getting a million plays in just three weeks. This song helped make Post Malone a superstar.

FKi 1st became a go-to producer for many top artists. He worked on songs like "Watch Out" for 2 Chainz and the super popular, quadruple-platinum hit "Weekend" by Mac Miller. He also produced several songs for Lil Uzi Vert's first mixtape, Luv Is Rage.

Starting in 2018, he began a series of albums called Good Gas, which featured famous rappers like 2 Chainz and ASAP Ferg. In 2021, he and his group Good Gas had a song called "Bushido" on the soundtrack for the movie Fast and the Furious 9.
