Goosebumps (original series) facts for kids
Goosebumps is a super popular series of scary books for kids, written by R. L. Stine. Imagine stories that give you a shiver down your spine, but are still fun to read! Between 1992 and 1997, 62 main Goosebumps books were published. The very first one was Welcome to Dead House, and the last was Monster Blood IV.
Many of these books were so loved that they were reprinted as Classic Goosebumps with cool new covers. Some even became comic books! There were also special hardcover collections, like the Goosebumps Collection and Monster Edition, bringing together some of the most famous tales. Lots of the books were even turned into episodes for the Goosebumps TV show, so you could watch the spooky stories come to life!
