Club Career
Starting in France

Even though he wasn't a huge football fan at first, Krychowiak's brother encouraged him to play. At age 12, he left home to join a sports academy. He later joined the youth teams of several Polish clubs before moving to France to play for Bordeaux in 2006.
To get more playing time, Bordeaux loaned him to other French clubs. He first played for Reims, where he became a key player and helped them get promoted to a higher league. He was so good that fans voted him as the team's player of the season. After a short time back at Bordeaux, he was loaned to Nantes for a season.
In 2012, Krychowiak signed a permanent contract with Reims. He became one of their most important players in Ligue 1, France's top football league. He was known for his strong defensive skills and even scored important goals. In total, he played over 100 games for Reims.
Success at Sevilla

In 2014, Krychowiak moved to Spain to join Sevilla. He quickly became a star player for the team. In his first season, he helped Sevilla win the UEFA Europa League Final. He even scored a goal in the final match against the Ukrainian team Dnipro. For his amazing performance, he was named to the La Liga Team of the Season.
The next year, he helped Sevilla win the Europa League again. In the final, they beat Liverpool. During his time at Sevilla, he was known for his toughness. In one game, he broke a rib but still played for the full 120 minutes.
Moving to Big Clubs
In 2016, Krychowiak signed with the famous French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). However, he found it hard to get regular playing time because there were many other talented midfielders on the team.
The next season, he was loaned to West Bromwich Albion in England's Premier League. He played regularly for the team.
After his time in England, Krychowiak moved to Russia to play for Lokomotiv Moscow, first on loan and then permanently. He had a very successful time there, winning the Russian Cup twice and the Russian Super Cup once. He was a key player for the team, scoring many goals from his midfield position.
Recent Career
After leaving Lokomotiv Moscow in 2021, Krychowiak joined another Russian club, Krasnodar. He later had loan spells at AEK Athens in Greece and Al-Shabab in Saudi Arabia.
In 2023, he signed with Abha, another team in Saudi Arabia. In 2024, he joined Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus.
