Hambleton is a small town located in Tucker County, West Virginia, United States. In 2020, about 216 people lived there.
The town of Hambleton was started in 1889. It officially became a town in 1905. A United States Senator named Stephen B. Elkins named the town. He named it after a person who owned shares in the West Virginia Central Railroad Company. Before it was called Hambleton, the town was known as Hulings.
