Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs is a popular series of children's books. It was created by Ian Whybrow and Adrian Reynolds. The stories are about a five-year-old boy named Harry. He has a special bucket filled with toy dinosaurs. In the books, these dinosaurs can talk to Harry. But to other people, they just look like regular toys. Harry's family and friends, like his Mom, Nana, best friend Charlie, and sister Sam, are also important characters.
This book series was later turned into an animated TV show. It was a joint project between Canada and the United Kingdom. The show first aired in Canada on Teletoon on March 28, 2005. It ran until 2008. The TV series was made by CCI Releasing in Canada and Collingwood O'Hare Entertainment Ltd. in the UK.
In the TV show, Harry plays with his dinosaurs in a special way. He jumps into his bucket, which takes him to another world called DinoWorld. In DinoWorld, his toy dinosaurs become full-sized, but Harry stays his normal size. The TV episodes are available on DVD. There are also apps for iOS and Android devices based on the show. In the US, the series aired on Cartoon Network and later on Qubo.
