Honeyville is a city in Box Elder County, Utah, United States. It is located near the eastern edge of the county. In 2020, about 1,606 people lived there.

History of Honeyville
Honeyville started in 1861. That's when people set up a ferry to cross the Bear River at this spot. A ferry is a boat that carries people and goods across a river.
In the same year, a man named Anson Call built a sawmill in Honeyville. A sawmill is a place that cuts logs into lumber. Later, Abraham Hunsaker bought the mill from Anson Call.
The area was known as Hunsaker's Mill for a while. In 1877, it became an LDS ward (a local church area) and was named Honeyville. Abraham Hunsaker was an important leader in the community during this time.
Where is Honeyville?
Honeyville is in the eastern part of Box Elder County. To the north, it borders Deweyville. The Bear River is to its west, and Calls Fort is to the south. The Rocky Mountains are to the east.
Two major highways, Interstate 15 and Interstate 84, run through the western side of the city. You can get to Honeyville from Exit 372. The city of Ogden is about 28 miles (45 km) south of Honeyville.
Honeyville covers a total area of about 11.74 square miles (30.42 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
