Julio Iglesias Jr. was born in Madrid, Spain. His father is the famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias. His mother is Filipina socialite Isabel Preysler.
He has an older sister, Chabeli Iglesias, and a younger brother, Enrique Iglesias, who is also a well-known singer. His parents separated in 1979. After that, Julio Jr. and his siblings moved to Miami to live with their father.
Julio Jr. went to Menlo College in Atherton, California. He also appeared on a TV show called Out of the Blue. Later, he hosted a travel show for the Travel Channel. This show took him to different places in Latin America.
Career in Entertainment
Julio Iglesias Jr. started his career as a model. His friend and manager, Darius Jordi Lassus, helped him get started. He signed a modeling contract with the Ford Models Agency in New York. Famous photographer Bruce Weber discovered him. Julio Jr. then worked for fashion brands like Versace and Gap. He also modeled for designer John Bartlett VII.
He was offered roles in TV shows, including one on the ABC soap opera All My Children. He also had a chance to star in the Broadway musical Grease. However, he decided to focus on his music instead.

In May 2011, he became engaged to Belgian model Charisse Verhaert. They had been dating for seven years. Their wedding took place on November 3, 2012, in Aldea del Fresno, Spain. They separated in 2020.
Since October 2022, he has been in relationships with models Vivi Di Domenico and Ariadna Romero.
