The Kyrgyz Premier League is the top professional football league in Kyrgyzstan. It is also known as the OLIMPBET Premier League because of its sponsor. This league was started in 1992, after the Soviet Union broke apart.

The league has eight teams that compete each season. The team that wins the league gets a chance to play in the AFC Cup preliminary qualifying round. This is a big competition for football clubs in Asia. The team that finishes last in the league goes down to a lower division called the Kyrgyzstan League Second Level.

Since 2019, the league has been officially known as the Kyrgyz Premier League.
