Langendorf is a town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It's located in the Solothurn canton, which is like a state, within the Lebern district.

Langendorf was first written about in the year 1304. Back then, its name was Lengendorf.

Langendorf covers an area of about 1.93 square kilometers (0.75 square miles). A big part of this land, almost 40%, is used for farming. About 11% is covered by forests. The rest, nearly half of the land, has buildings and roads.
The town is located in the Lebern district. It used to be a long, narrow village built along both sides of the Wildbach river. Today, it's part of the larger area around Solothurn.
Some nearby towns, including Langendorf, are thinking about joining together in the future to form one new, bigger town.
