Lodi is a small village located in Seneca County, New York, United States. In 2010, about 291 people lived there.
The Village of Lodi is in the northern part of the Town of Lodi. It is located northwest of Ithaca, New York. The village got its name from the city of Lodi in Italy.
You can find Lodi Point State Park west of the village. This park is right on the shore of Seneca Lake.

A Look Back: Lodi's History
Long ago, the Seneca tribe lived in this part of New York. They were a Native American group. The Sullivan Expedition later caused them to leave the area.
After that, the land became part of the Central New York Military Tract. This land was used to pay soldiers who fought in the American Revolution.
The Lodi Methodist Church is an important building in the village. It was designed by a famous architect named Warren H. Hayes. In 1982, this church was added to the National Register of Historic Places. This means it is a historically important site.

Lodi is located at coordinates 42°36′48″N 76°49′27″W / 42.613366°N 76.824082°W. It is part of the beautiful Finger Lakes District in New York. This area is known for its long, narrow lakes.
