To the south, you'll find the communities of Fairhope and Naomi. To the west are the towns of Belle Vernon and North Belle Vernon. The Monongahela River forms the southwestern edge of Lynnwood-Pricedale. Across this river is Washington County and the town of Dunlevy.

Travel and Roads

A major highway, Interstate 70, goes through the northern part of Lynnwood-Pricedale. You can get on or off this highway at Exit 43, which connects to Pennsylvania Route 201. If you head east on I-70, it's about 15 miles (24 km) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike near New Stanton. Going west on I-70 will take you about 25 miles (40 km) to Washington.
