Malaika and Arbaaz have one son named Arhaan Khan, who was born on November 9, 2002. After the divorce, Malaika received primary custody of their son. Arbaaz Khan has visitation rights. Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Sohail Khan are her former brothers-in-law. Her former father-in-law is the famous scriptwriter Salim Khan.
Malaika Arora started a relationship with actor Dino Morea in early 2025.
In 2020, Malaika became a vegan, meaning she does not eat any animal products.
