Mario Kart: Super Circuit is a super fun racing game for the Game Boy Advance. It came out in 2001 and was the third game in the awesome Mario Kart series. Later, you could play it again on the 3DS Virtual Console in 2011 and the Wii U Virtual Console in 2014.

This game lets you race as your favorite characters from the Mario series. It has all the race tracks from Super Mario Kart, plus brand new ones. You can play by yourself or with friends!

How to Play Mario Kart: Super Circuit

Mario Kart: Super Circuit offers exciting ways to race. You can play alone or challenge your friends. The game is all about racing karts and using cool items to get ahead.

Single-Player Modes

When you play by yourself, you have a few options:

  • Grand Prix: This is where you race through different cups, like the Mushroom Cup. You compete against computer players to win trophies.
  • Extra (Super Mario Kart): This special mode lets you play all the classic tracks from the very first Super Mario Kart game.
  • Quick Run: If you just want to jump into a race quickly, this mode is for you. You can pick any track and character.
  • Time Trials: In this mode, you race against the clock. Try to get the fastest time on each track without other racers getting in your way.

Multiplayer Modes

You can connect with friends to play together:

  • Grand Prix: Race through cups with your friends.
  • "Link It Up!": This mode lets you connect with other Game Boy Advance systems.
  • V.S.: Challenge your friends in a head-to-head race on any track.
  • Battle: This mode is different from racing. You try to pop balloons on your friends' karts using items. The last one with balloons wins!

Characters and Tracks

You can choose from many popular Mario characters to race with. Each character has slightly different stats, which means some might be faster or handle better.

The game has a huge variety of tracks. Some are new and designed just for Super Circuit. Others are classic tracks brought back from Super Mario Kart. This gives you lots of different places to race and master!
