Mengálvio Pedro Figueiró, known simply as Mengálvio, is a retired Brazilian football player. He was born on October 17, 1939, in Laguna, Santa Catarina. Mengálvio played as a midfielder, helping his team control the middle of the field.

He played 13 games for the Brazil national football team and scored one goal. He was part of the team that won the 1962 FIFA World Cup. Even though he was on the winning team, he did not play in any matches during that tournament.

While playing for Santos, he helped them win the Copa Libertadores in 1962. He played in all three final matches against Penarol. Overall, he played 371 games for Santos and scored 28 goals.
