Mirage Studios was an American comic book company. It was started in 1983 by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird in Dover, New Hampshire. Later, it moved to Northampton, Massachusetts. This company is most famous for creating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic books. This series then grew into a huge franchise with cartoons, movies, and toys.
