Monica Potter (born June 30, 1971) is an American actress. She is famous for her roles in movies like Con Air, Patch Adams, and Along Came a Spider. She also acted in the horror films Saw and The Last House on the Left.
On television, Monica Potter was a regular on Boston Legal. She also played Kristina Braverman in the NBC drama Parenthood. For this role, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. She was also a regular on the CBS drama Wisdom of the Crowd.

Monica and Daniel Allison have one child. In March 2015, her husband joined the US Navy Reserve as a doctor. He started with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In February 2018, Monica and Daniel filed for divorce.
Monica Potter's father passed away in 2002 from cardiovascular disease.
