Early Life and Career Beginnings
Natashia Williams started her acting journey in movies and on TV when she was 16 years old. Her first TV appearance was on the show Saved by the Bell: The New Class. After finishing high school, she received a scholarship to attend the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). While studying and acting, she shared her experiences as a biracial person with both African and European heritage. Soon after, she got her first movie role in Def Jam's How to Be a Player.
Acting and Music Videos
While still working as a model, Natashia appeared in many movies and TV shows. Some of these include Son of the Beach, Smart Guy, Malcolm & Eddie, The Parkers, and Girlfriends. She also appeared in the movie Two Can Play That Game. From 1997 to 2003, she was featured in several music videos. She worked with famous music artists like Ginuwine, Montell Jordan, Usher, Sting, and Joe.
Main Roles on TV
Natashia Williams landed her first main role on a TV series in So Little Time. In this show, she acted alongside the famous Olsen Twins. After that, Williams co-starred in She Spies with Kristen Miller and Natasha Henstridge. This show was shown in many places, but it only lasted for two seasons.
Later, she starred with Romeo Miller in the Nickelodeon series Romeo!. She played the character Angeline Miller for the last two seasons of the show. In 2006, she filmed a TV pilot called Filthy Gorgeous. She also had a small role in the comedy movie Smiley Face, which starred Anna Faris.
Later Career and Other Talents
After making guest appearances on CSI: Miami and CSI: New York, Natashia tried out for American Idol. She made it to the Top 25 contestants in Season 7 before being eliminated.
Williams then starred in the movie Circle of Eight, which is a psychological thriller from Paramount Pictures. She also had a recurring role on the popular TV series The Vampire Diaries.
In 2013, Natashia Williams wrote a book about her life and career. It is called Mind Over Model, An Internal Journey Through The World Of Externals. The next year, she started her own jewelry line called Gypsy Posh By TOSH. She is both the owner and designer of this artisan-crafted jewelry.
Natashia also wrote and performed on a song called "Shady." This song is the eleventh track on the album Digital Bullet by RZA, who also goes by the name ‘Bobby Digital’. She performed the song with the music group Intrigue. In July 2006, she sang live on stage with Corey Feldman and his band, ‘The Truth Movement’. They performed at the famous House Of Blues in Hollywood, California.
Natashia has been married to Brevin Blach since December 2006. They have two children together.
