International Falls | This courthouse was built between 1909 and 1910. It has a classic Neoclassical and Renaissance Revival style. It is important for its design and the beautiful paintings inside. It has served as the county government's main building for a very long time. | |

Island View vicinity | You can still see parts of this old mine, like shafts and machinery. It was Minnesota's only gold mine that made a profit. It operated from 1893 to 1898. This mine started the gold rush that brought many settlers to the Rainy Lake area. Today, there's a walking trail here for visitors. | |

Northome | This hotel was built in 1921. It served lumber workers and early tourists. The county tore it down in 1996 because it had been empty for many years. |
Also, the Bridge No. 5721 was first listed in Koochiching County. However, it was moved to Washington County in 2011.
