Nikki Glaser was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her parents are Julie E. and Edward J. Glaser. She has a younger sister named Lauren. Nikki grew up in Kirkwood, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.
She went to Kirkwood High School. After high school, she briefly attended the University of Colorado Boulder. Later, she transferred to the University of Kansas. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in English literature.

Starting Stand-Up Comedy
Nikki Glaser began doing stand-up comedy when she was 18 years old. She wrote her first jokes while in college. She once shared that she would watch people and imagine what her favorite comedians would say. This helped her find her own comedic voice.
Nikki has performed her stand-up on popular shows. These include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Conan. She also appeared on two seasons of the reality series Last Comic Standing.
