Her best doubles ranking was No. 52, reached on 8 December 2025. Olivia has won two mixed doubles titles at the Australian Open. She won these in 2025 and 2026 with her fellow Australian player, John Peers.

Olivia Gadecki's Early Life and Tennis Beginnings
Olivia Gadecki grew up on the Gold Coast, Queensland in Australia. She started playing tennis when she was just three years old. This was in Palm Beach, Queensland. Olivia's family has Polish roots.
When she was 12, Olivia was seen as a very talented young tennis player. She was one of only 16 players from around the world invited to a special competition. This event, called the Longines Future Tennis Aces, took place in Paris. It happened just before the 2014 French Open. After this, Olivia took a break from playing tennis. Later, another famous Australian tennis player, Ash Barty, encouraged her to return to the sport. Olivia attended Southport State High School during her teenage years.

Starting Her Professional Journey (2016–2021)
Olivia Gadecki began her professional journey on the ITF Circuit in September 2016. This was in Brisbane. In January 2021, she played in the qualifying rounds for the Australian Open. She then made her main debut on the WTA Tour at the 2021 Gippsland Trophy.
In February, Olivia won her first main-draw match on the WTA Tour. This was at the 2021 Phillip Island Trophy. She then achieved a big win against a top-10 player. She defeated Sofia Kenin, who was ranked world No. 4. This was a huge moment for Olivia, whose ranking was much lower at the time. She continued to play well, reaching the third round. The next week, her ranking improved significantly to No. 642. In May 2021, Olivia won her first professional singles title in Turkey. She also won singles and doubles titles in Vigo, Spain, in August 2021. By the end of 2021, her singles ranking was No. 238.
Breaking into the Top 200 (2022)
