Get ready to relive the excitement of the very first Pokémon movie! The Pokémon: The First Movie soundtrack is a special music album. It features songs from the American English version of the movie. Some of these songs were also in the animated short film called Pikachu's Vacation. A few songs on the album weren't in the movie or the short at all.
When this CD first came out, it had cool extra features. You could find Pokémon videos and even a screensaver! Plus, if you sent in proof of purchase, you could get a special Jigglypuff card for the Pokémon TCG.
This soundtrack was released by Atlantic Records. This company is connected to Warner Bros., which helped distribute the movie outside of Japan.
