Rathbone is a small town located in Steuben County, New York, in the United States. In 2020, about 1,095 people lived there. The town gets its name from an early settler, General Ransom Rathbone.
The Town of Rathbone is in the southern part of Steuben County. It is located to the west of the city of Corning.
