The Sèvre Niortaise is a river in western France. It flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
The river starts in the Deux-Sèvres area. This area is named "Two Sèvres" because of this river and the Sèvre Nantaise. The Sèvre Niortaise then flows through the city of Niort. This is where the second part of the river's name comes from.
