Scar Ridge, sometimes called Scar Ridge (West Peak), is a mountain found in Grafton County, New Hampshire. It's part of the famous White Mountains range. This mountain doesn't have official trails, so people who want to explore it need to find their own way. Scar Ridge is next to Loon Mountain on its west side, Black Mountain to the northwest, and Mount Osceola to the east.

What is Scar Ridge?
Scar Ridge is a mountain that stands 3,774 feet (about 1,150 meters) tall. It's known for not having marked trails, which means it's a place for more adventurous hikers. The mountain is located in a beautiful area of New Hampshire, surrounded by other peaks and forests.
Where Does the Water from Scar Ridge Go?
The water that flows off Scar Ridge ends up in the Pemigewasset River. This river is part of a larger system called a watershed. All the water from Scar Ridge eventually flows into the Merrimack River. From there, it travels all the way to the Gulf of Maine near Newburyport, Massachusetts.
- The northeast side of Scar Ridge sends its water into the Hancock Branch. This branch is a small river that flows into the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River.
- The southwest side of Scar Ridge has water flowing into Telford Brook, Mack Brook, and Little East Pond Brook. These smaller streams all join Eastman Brook, which then flows into the main Pemigewasset River.
